Kick-off Event for the 2024 Tennis Season!

Join us this Saturday at Marshall Field from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM for the start of the new tennis season and a welcome celebration. We extend this invitation to all members, old and new. This event provides a great opportunity to connect with others in our club and get into the spirit of tennis.

Special Collaboration:

The Vernon Yacht Club is hosting their boat show the same weekend and is running a shuttle service from our parking lot to their event. This is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy both tennis and explore the boat show.

Family Fun:

• Barbecue: Barbecued hot dogs will be served around 11:30 AM, so bring your family and friends to join in the festivities.
• Contribution: While there is no charge for this event, if you would like to bring a food item, it would be appreciated.

NO,  YOU DO NOT HAVE TO GO TO VEGAS TO GET IT. WE WILL BE DOING A DRAW FOR A $1,000,000 SCRATCH AND WIN AT 10:30 AT THE “WELCOME BACK” THIS SATURDAY AT MARSHALL FIELD. YOU MUST BE PRESENT WHEN THE DRAW IS DONE TO WIN. REGISTER FOR THE DRAW AT THE REGISTRATION TABLE.  

Just a reminder that you are certainly welcome to bring friends and neighbours.

We are hoping to see you on Saturday.

The schedule is as follows:

9:00 – 10:30 – Play for adults – This can run in 30 minute segments

10:30 – Juniors will have the opportunity to play.

Introduction of the board members – plus any dignitaries who might attend

10:30 to 12:00 – Play to continue for adults and juniors

11:30 – Barbeque
