2. MARSHALL FIELD COURTS are public courts, therefore they are open to anyone who wants to play tennis.  The VTA will commence reserving the tennis courts beginning Monday April 29, 2024, from 6:30 – 8:00 pm. Monday to Friday, and Saturday morning from 9:00 – 11:00 am.   Keep reading our Newsletters – link on this page.
3. BALL MACHINE:–  VTA Members must take the Ball Machine Workshop before being able to us it.  2023 Members who become 2024 Members will automatically receive the Fabi Shack door code for the Machine.  A Ball Machine Workshop for all new VTA Members will be held on Sunday, May 5th, 2024 at Marshall Field.
   There is no charge for the workshop, and no charge for use of the Ball Machine once you have taken the Workshop.
4. SINGLES TENNIS LADDER:  on the Opening Page Menu – The VTA Singles ladder is proposed to run all year round on any court, any time.  Just add your name to the Ladder by checking out the Ladder page on our website menu.
   
5. VTA FACEBOOK PAGE:  The Vernon Tennis Association has joined Facebook. Please follow us to see the latest photos and updates on VTA activities and leave us a comment. We’d love to hear from you. _______________________________________________________

The VTA Newsletter is published bi-monthly all year long. Read it to keep in touch with what’s happening in tennis, even in the winter.  Your input is important.  If you have something to contribute to the Newsletters (i.e. interesting tennis fact, tennis news of interest to our members, tennis and healthy life-style news, etc.), please use our “Contact Us” icon and email it to our Newsletter staff.  The VTA  has the right to edit any contribution for acceptable content.
